In conjunction with Golf Canada and the Northern Golf Association, North Bay

Golf & Country Club played host to the Golf Canada Junior Boys (U19) Championship from August 13th to August 17th 2023. This event saw the best juniors from there respective provinces come together to compete for a national championship.

The Golf Canada Junior Boys (U19) Championship is the national championship for male golfers under the age of 19 in Canada. This prestigious event serves as the pinnacle of junior golf in the country, bringing together the top young players from across Canada to compete for the title. The championship provides an opportunity for the country’s best junior golfers to test their skills at the highest level, gain valuable competitive experience, and showcase their talent on a national stage. The event plays a key role in the development of Canada's next generation of elite golfers.

We would like to thank the city of North Bay and the country club for their contributions in putting on such a great event. With players spending extensive time traveling to this event, it was very nice to see how much they enjoyed there stay and the track. We look forward to more Golf Canada events coming to the North in the coming seasons.
